Staff
Thorpe House believes in delivering high quality, person-centred care and therefore has a high staff to resident ratio on duty each shift.
It is common practice to have two Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) on duty during the day and throughout the night. Additionally, there is always an on-call nurse and manager to give advice and support whenever required.
Registered nurses are supported by a range of other staff which makes up our qualified and friendly team as follows:
- Occupational Therapists
- Nutritionist
- Care support staff (NVQ level 2 & 3)
- House Supervisors
- Kitchen staff
- Domestic Staff
- Business Admin staff
- Occupational Therapist Assistant
All staff are subject to a criminal record check by the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) before commencing work with our residents.
